RULES AND OPERATIONS
What?
January to April 40k League
The league consists of 5 rounds with one round every 2 weeks.
Players Must Bring a Warhamemr 40,000 Army of 2000pts, does not need to be painted
Missions: We will be using updated chapter approved missions found on warhammer community.

We do not have the official WTC terrain - use the store terrain/ruins and match as close to the terrain layouts as possible. Players are welcome to bring their own if they like.

Rules and Terrain: We will be using all the current offcial 10th edition Rulebook Rules, Dataslates, Erratas as found in the warhammer community downloads pages.

When?
We will kick things off January 30th and end by April 18st.
Pairings will be scheduled by the Shop and players will receive emails/notifications of who they will play during each round of the league. Each round will give players roughly 2 weeks to play their league game at the shop.
The best days to play your League games will be Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Other days may also work depending on what’s happening in the store that day (check ahead of time).
Please work with Jay or Chris to navigate scheduling conflicts.
SUNDAY IS LEAGUE DAY AT THE SHOP - priority is given to league players
How?
Tickets for the league are $25 with all ticket revenue to be converted into prizes for the end of event awards!
Make sure you are signed up to the store Discord server, because we will be using that to post updates, answer questions and post gaming match ups!
Please use or provide an active email that you check and maintain to receive the critical match up pairings and scheduling.

What are the Prizes and Loot?
Prize amounts are based on number of participants in the Leagues. All sign up funds will be allocated to prizes, so there will be lots of cool stuff up for grabs.
There (at least) will be prizes for:
1st, 2nd and 3rd Place League finish
Best Painted/Presentation Army
Random Raffles

We will try and keep this up to date with questions that get asked.
- Models must be fully assembled and be WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) when possible
- Fully Painted is not required
- If there is a dataslate update you must update your list with the new points/changes
Can I change my Army List?
After you lose a game you are able to change lists (if you choose)
Don’t panic! Let us know and we will do our best to sort it out!
Can I play my games at home or a different store?
No! The purpose of this league is to build up the gaming community at the shop and we can’t do that if you don’t play here.
